Responsibilities:
● Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time
● Manage facilities repair and maintenance workflow using ServiceChannel
● Prioritize urgent repairs, keeping communication open
● Complete repairs within timely guidelines
● Communicate effectively with club staff and management
● Perform regular inspections for maintenance issues and hazards
● Commute between clubs with mileage reimbursement

Qualifications:
● Basic skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
● Understanding of commercial electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
● Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
● Familiarity with ServiceChannel or similar work order management software
● Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude
● Ability to handle situations with patience and professionalism
● Flexibility to work varied hours
● Proficient in safe and effective tool usage

Required Experience, Education & Certifications:
● 1-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred
● Valid Driver’s License
● Experience with multi-site facilities maintenance essential
● Relevant facilities maintenance certifications are a plus
