Responsibilities:
● Perform maintenance and repairs on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, boilers, chillers, etc.)
● Complete preventive maintenance and respond to facility work orders
● Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision
● Support building upkeep, including lighting, doors, painting, fixtures, and general repairs
● Help with facility upgrades, equipment installations, and contractor coordination
● Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system
● Follow all safety, regulatory, and company policies
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
● Working knowledge of basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems
● Ability to read technical manuals, use diagnostic tools, and complete hands-on repairs
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
● Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments (noise, heat/cold, heights, confined spaces)
Preferred But Not Required:
● HVAC/EPA 608 certification, electrical apprentice/journeyman experience, boiler license, or OSHA 10/30
