Responsibilities:
● Provide high-quality plumbing services to residential customers
● Diagnose plumbing issues and offer effective solutions
● Lead and mentor less experienced plumbers on the team
● Ensure compliance with company standards and local plumbing codes
● Maintain a clean and organized work environment
● Participate in on-call duties as scheduled

Qualifications:
● Valid North Carolina P-1 license in good standing
● Reliable transportation and insurable driving record
● Proven residential service plumbing experience
● Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
● Ability to follow company protocols and policies
● Capacity to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
