Responsibilities:
● Conduct advanced breakdown and preventive maintenance on complex plant machinery and equipment
● Enhance machine utilization to ensure process repeatability and uptime
● Troubleshoot, repair, and document breakdown maintenance activities
● Collaborate with management and engineering on new equipment selection and training
● Ensure efficient machine changeovers and project completion
● Adhere to safety guidelines and support environmental initiatives
● Document repairs and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
● Assist in designing and assembling specialized equipment

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Minimum of three to five years of electrician experience
● Valid driver’s license required
● Must obtain relevant licenses for forklift and aerial platform operation
● Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to interpret schematic drawings
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Computer literacy is necessary
