Responsibilities:
● Maintaining production equipment to optimize runnability
● Performing preventative maintenance
● Troubleshooting issues
● Repairing machines
● Completing administrative documentation
Qualifications:
● Proven troubleshooting skills in industrial, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
● Technical experience in a manufacturing setting
● Knowledge of the corrugated industry or similar environments
● Technical degree or apprenticeship certification (highly qualified candidates)
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Reliability and strong decision-making skills
● Flexibility and a willingness to learn
Requirements:
● Work alternate shifts: day, swing, or graveyard
● Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
● Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
