Responsibilities:
● Obtain, review, and follow instructions for rigging of each boat.
● Electrical wiring of components.
● Perform drilling operations.
● Use a caulk gun to create watertight seals.
● Assemble and install parts and components including decks, windshields, dashes, and wiring.
● Vacuum carpets, install seat cushions, and maintain the boat’s interior.
● Apply appropriate decals to boats.
● Utilize various tools and materials in assembly operations.
● Push and position boats to the next workstation.
● Ensure quality in assembly operations.
● Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
● Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
● Work cooperatively with co-workers to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
