Key Responsibilities:
● Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, outlets, and fixtures
● Interpret and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical codes
● Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues in homes
● Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
● Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment
● Communicate effectively with team members and clients
● Follow all safety procedures and company protocols

Qualifications:
● 3 to 4 years of experience in residential electrical work
● Active Electrical Apprentice license (if required by state)
● Strong understanding of basic electrical theory and residential wiring
● Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
● Reliable transportation to job sites
● Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various residential environments

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working under a licensed electrician
● Familiarity with local building codes
● Excellent communication and customer service skills

Schedule:
● Full-Time, Monday to Friday
● 8-hour shifts
● 40-45 hours per week with overtime potential
