Responsibilities:
● Perform drain cleaning and plumbing tasks
● Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
● Communicate with customers to explain repairs and services
● Maintain equipment and a tidy work area
● Use Service Titan software on an iPad for job tracking
Qualifications:
● 1+ year of drain cleaning and/or plumbing experience
● Sales-focused mindset
● Apprentice Plumber card preferred
● Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last 3 years
● Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
● Strong customer service skills
