Eversoft, Inc. is an industry leader in water conditioning technology and services. We are an established company who is turning 50 years old in 2026! Our technicians work on our water softeners, our water filters and our reverse osmosis equipment. Based out of Long Beach, CA, the service territory is Southern California. Our role operates in an industrial environment while performing service for our commercial clients.
Position responsibilities:
● Maintenance and repair of piping, physical structures and related systems
● Inspection and testing of machinery
● Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
● Installation of water conditioning equipment
Qualifications:
● Strong problem resolution skills
● Valid driver license
● Able to be covered on our auto insurance policy
● Ability to lift and maneuver 55 lbs or more regularly and throughout the day required
● Ability to lift and maneuver over 70 lbs occasionally required
Salary:
● $23.00 – $30.00 per hour to start with a $3,000 bonus paid after 9 months of active, full-time employment
