Key Responsibilities
● Install and maintain various roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and low-slope roofing solutions
● Safely operate and maintain industry-standard tools and equipment
● Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
● Perform tasks in different weather conditions, showing physical agility and endurance
● Climb and work on ladders, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs
● Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel

Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience preferred
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical examination
● Strong work ethic and attention to detail
● Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
● Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions
