What We’re Looking For:
● Proven experience in commercial plumbing, especially ground-up new construction (installing complete plumbing systems, rough-in, top-out, fixtures, and underground utilities)
● Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and following codes/regulations
● Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work efficiently on fast-paced job sites
● Valid driver’s license; plumbing license/certifications preferred
Plumber Positions and Responsibilities:
Plumber II (Comparable to Apprentice/Journeyman level)
● 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience
● Installs, repairs, and replaces plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment for commercial and industrial ground-up projects
● Works under the supervision of a Plumber III or higher while gaining independence
● Reads blueprints, interprets plans, and collaborates with crews to ensure accurate installations
Plumber III (Comparable to Journeyman level)
● 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience with mastery in ground-up new construction
● Ability to work independently and efficiently on complex commercial plumbing installations
● Leads rough-in, top-out, fixture setting, testing, and system commissioning
● Mentors junior team members and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
