What You Will Do:
● Provide all maintenance support for assigned region
● Complete and maintain all work orders for properties, owned or leased
● Execute maintenance work independently and supervise contractor work
● Perform emergency and periodic planned maintenance on various systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
● Request contractor bids and provide recommendations based on compliance and standards
● Ensure all facilities are safety compliant following industry standard safety procedures
● Complete other job-related duties as assigned

What We Require:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of facilities/building maintenance experience
● Ability to complete a variety of maintenance/repair tasks independently
● Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and insurability
● Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and climb ladders unassisted up to 24 feet
● Strong problem analysis and solving skills
● High attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to self-start
● Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and building management systems

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
● Associate Degree in an Apprenticeship or vocational program
● Plumbing or HVAC license or electrician license
● Certification in the operation of lifts and forklifts, or willingness to certify
● Certification as a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) and/or Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
● Minimum 2 years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing apprentice experience
● Familiarity with voltage meters, plumbing tools, and techniques
