● Assist experienced carpenters in building, fabricating, and installing projects to the highest standard.

● Anticipate project milestones, needs, and potential challenges.
● Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project execution and maintain clear communication.

● Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and continuously seek quality improvement.

Qualifications:
● Proficient in using smartphones and capable of learning software like Slack, ProCore, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
● Own basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, battery-powered tools, etc.).
● Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean background and willingness to undergo drug testing.
● Professional appearance; wear well-kept attire free from offensive imagery or wording.
