Responsibilities:
● Attend a 6-week training program in Charleston, SC, to learn basic carpentry skills
● Gain hands-on experience installing baseboards, shoe moldings, and exterior doors
● Develop skills in finish & punch carpentry, including door installation and interior trim repair/replacement
● Utilize carpentry tools safely and effectively
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use
● Daily use of a smartphone for task assignments and tracking
● Must be able to lift 50+ lbs of materials repetitively
● Ability to pass drug and background screenings
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Effective communication skills, both written and oral
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
