Responsibilities:
● Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area
● Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
● Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
● Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
● Save and tag parts if jobs are under warranty or if requested by customers
● Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is needed
● Notify service advisor if additional work is not necessary or if repairs take longer than promised
● Document work performed
● Road-test vehicles when required or refer to test technician
● Supervise any apprentice technicians assigned to you
● Attend factory-sponsored training classes
● Stay updated on factory technical bulletins
● Ensure customers’ cars are kept clean
● Maintain a neat and organized shop area
● Follow regulations for hazardous waste disposal
● Adhere to all company safety policies and immediately report accidents

Qualifications:
● High customer satisfaction index (CSI) is essential
● ASE or manufacturing training is required
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
● Manual dexterity and good judgment
● Must be authorized to work in the USA
● Ability to safely perform all duties and responsibilities
● Willingness to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test, valid driver’s license)
