Responsibilities:
● Lead the installation of bath and shower products from start to finish
● Supervise an Apprentice Installer, ensuring quality work
● Document installation progress using technology like an iPad
● Provide a great customer experience through professional interaction
● Manage projects efficiently, including carpentry, demolition, and plumbing tasks

Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in construction, especially in bathroom remodeling
● Required experience in acrylic installation
● Familiarity with carpentry, demolition, tile work, and plumbing
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
● Must pass background and DMV checks for insurance purposes
● Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

● Stable 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime paid at 1.5x
● Pay based on experience: Installer at $28/hr and Certified Installer at $31/hr (must have acrylic experience)
● Eligibility for bi-weekly bonuses based on installation quality
● Benefits include 2 weeks of paid vacation, health/vision/dental insurance, paid holidays, and a 401K plan
