Responsibilities:
● Collaborating with the Plumbing Superintendent and Project Managers
● Coordinating crews and managing schedules
● Ensuring quality control and that projects stay on track
● Planning manpower and materials
● Reviewing drawings and identifying jobsite issues early
● Maintaining clear communication between the field and office
● Mentoring apprentices and developing field teams

Qualifications:
● Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
● 5+ years of plumbing experience, including 1-2 years in a foreman or lead role
● Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm, and gas systems)
● Understanding of plumbing and fuel gas codes
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals
● Experience supporting crew coordination, scheduling, and jobsite execution
● Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into leadership
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
