Responsibilities:
● Handle service calls alongside licensed plumbers and gain the skills to run jobs independently
● Perform plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and basic installations using top-of-the-line equipment
● Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers to ensure quality service
● Maintain work vehicle and tools in excellent condition
● Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency services

Qualifications:
● Illinois licensed apprentice plumber with 3+ years of experience strongly preferred
● Strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently under supervision
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Team-first attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
● Must live within 30 minutes of our shop (Lake in the Hills, IL)
