Responsibilities:
● Provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates to customers.
● Perform necessary repairs for the customer.
● Document estimates and invoices both in writing and on a provided smartphone.
● Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license
● Excellent communication skills
● Mechanical aptitude is desirable; prior plumbing experience is not necessary
