Responsibilities:
● Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
● Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools.
● Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
● Communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about necessary services and repairs.
● Execute warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
● High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
● B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
● Strong dexterity with excellent hand-eye coordination.
● Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, along with proficiency in using electronic diagnostic equipment.
● Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
● Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
● Willingness to learn new technologies and service procedures.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
