Responsibilities:
● Assist licensed electricians by handling materials and prepping work areas
● Perform conduit bending and help install electrical equipment, including switchgear and panels
● Pull, route, and terminate electrical wire across job sites
● Install lighting fixtures, controls, and various electrical devices
● Troubleshoot electrical systems with the guidance of supervising electricians
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard awareness
● Support work performed at heights or in confined spaces
● Travel to construction sites and perform physical labor as needed
● Complete other duties as assigned by project leads or supervisors

Qualifications:
● High school graduate or equivalent preferred
● Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites
● Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in various conditions
● Willing to work 40+ hours per week, with overtime and night shifts as needed
● Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
● Comfortable working from ladders and elevated platforms up to 90 ft
● Must own and bring required hand tools to the job
● Must apply for and maintain an Electrical Apprentice License
● Committed to safety and learning proper trade practices

Physical Abilities:
● Frequent crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and sitting
● Routinely lift and carry heavy objects over 50 pounds
● Repetitive arm, hand, and finger movement for tool use in various environments
