Responsibilities:
● Deliver timely, clear, and courteous customer service 100% of the time.
● Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems to ensure the buildings’ upkeep.
● Promptly respond to service tickets, document the status, and prioritize requests thoughtfully.
● Build trust and rapport with residents through respectful and empathetic communication.
● Monitor apartment vacancies daily and ensure timely turnovers according to company standards.
● Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment tune-ups.
● Conduct community walks to inspect cleanliness and safety, maintaining great curb appeal.
● Collaborate with the leasing team to communicate urgent maintenance matters effectively.
● Contribute to individual and team success by setting goals and supporting others.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience providing high-quality maintenance services in residential or similar settings.
● Familiar with HVAC and mechanical systems.
● Holds Universal EPA/CFC or CAMT Certification.
● Access to reliable personal transportation.
● Willingness to be on call and respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
● Knowledge of preventive maintenance and life safety systems.
● Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) and comfortable with management software like Yardi.
