Responsibilities
● Foster a culture of quality, integrity, safety, and teamwork.
● Supervise and coordinate activities of Foremen and field teams across assigned projects.
● Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals; approve procurement of materials, tools, and equipment.
● Plan and allocate manpower and resources for maximizing field productivity.
● Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and work quality.
● Evaluate and mentor Foremen and field staff through performance appraisals and coaching.
● Ensure accuracy in records, including daily timekeeping and safety documentation.
● Serve as the primary liaison between project management and field operations.
● Oversee labor tracking processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Participate in jobsite meetings with project foreman regularly.
● Monitor equipment and material delivery dates with project managers.
● Provide approval for shop drawings and monitor look-ahead schedules for risks.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 6 years of field experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.
● Strong understanding of construction scheduling, coordination, and manpower planning.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing codes.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in scheduling, reporting, and communication tools.
● Valid Florida Driver’s License required.
● Med Gas experience and certification is a plus.
