With us, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals while contributing to the quality and safety of every job site. Key Responsibilities
● Support licensed plumbers in installations, repairs, and maintenance
● Learn to safely and confidently operate professional drain cleaning equipment
● Perform drain cleaning and hydro jetting services as needed
● Accurately diagnose plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings
● Identify, clear, and prevent common drain stoppages
● Cut, measure, and fit piping and fixtures
● Perform high-quality repairs, replacements, and upgrades on plumbing systems and fixtures
● Troubleshoot water heaters, piping systems, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
● Learn and apply plumbing codes and safety standards
● Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
● Attend required training and safety meetings
● Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
● Follow directions carefully and maintain a teachable attitude
● Document work performed and materials used in company software
● Provide world-class customer experience through clear explanations of plumbing issues and solutions
● Safely and responsibly drive and care for a company vehicle
Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED
● No experience required—training provided
● Valid driver’s license with a clean record
● Able to pass background check and drug screening
● Willingness to enroll in an accredited Plumbing Program
