Job Details:
● Job Type: Full-Time
● Pay: $30.00-$36.00/hour based on experience
Required Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in landscape construction and crew leadership
● Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment: skid steer, mini excavator, tracked loader, chop saws, etc
● Experience with site grading, reading landscape plans, and job site layout
● Valid MA hydraulics license and driver’s license (must be insurable)
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
● High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
● Bilingual in Spanish and English
● Massachusetts Certified Landscape Professional (MCLP) designation or willingness to obtain

● Leading by example in a professional manner and meeting production standards
● Anticipating problems and planning ahead for needed materials, equipment, and assistance
● Ensuring team members are using safe field practices and PPE, while reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors and properly documenting all accidents
● Effectively communicating and coordinating with other team members about job progress
● Complying with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
● Demonstrating your expertise by training a crew as a team
● Ensuring job cost reports are properly analyzed and that job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets are filled out
