Responsibilities:
● Major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems
● Diagnose, repair, and replace hot water tanks and tankless systems
● Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water closets, sinks, and more according to plumbing codes
● Communicate with customers regarding repairs, replacements, and upgrade options
● Work independently and supervise an apprentice as needed
● Utilize Service Titan for daily tasks
● **No drain cleaning—our dedicated drain cleaning department handles that!**
Qualifications:
● Valid Connecticut P2 Journeyman License
● Experience in residential and light commercial service plumbing
● Excellent customer service skills
● Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
● Well experience a plus!
● Water treatment experience desired
● Proficient with tools of the trade
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Excellent math, troubleshooting, and critical thinking abilities
● Willing to work in all types of weather
