Key Responsibilities:
● Execute day-to-day plumbing tasks across various Commercial & Industrial projects
● Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and codes
● Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
● Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and state building codes
● Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
● Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades
● Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers when appropriate
● Uphold our core values in all aspects of work
Qualifications:
● Current Master, Journeyman or Apprentice plumbing license in the State of Alabama
● 2+ years of plumbing experience
● Knowledge of plumbing code requirements, processes, and procedures
● Strong team player with excellent communication skills
● Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
● Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
● Excellent time management and organizational skills
● Proficiency with hand tools and construction tasks
