Key Responsibilities:
● Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, sewer lines, and drain systems.
● Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues effectively, providing expert recommendations to customers.
● Interact professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service for optimal satisfaction.
● For apprentice-level technicians, collaborate with seasoned plumbers to develop skills and gain hands-on experience.
● Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining high safety standards.
● Complete service orders, document work performed, and prepare estimates and proposals for clients.
● Work collaboratively with team members and assist in training junior technicians.
● Commit to ongoing development of plumbing skills and knowledge through continuous training and certification opportunities.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal plumbing apprenticeship program is required.
● Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; valid plumbing license in the state of Missouri is required.
● **Experience:** 2+ years of residential plumbing experience is preferred.
● Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Proficient in using plumbing tools and technology.
● Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.
