Job Summary:
As our HVAC Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable living environments year-round. You’ll partner with property managers and maintenance supervisors to tackle everything from seasonal tune-ups to emergency repairs—keeping our communities running at their best.
What You’ll Do:
● Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and thermostats
● Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal systems checks
● Install new HVAC systems and replacing outdated equipment
● Monitor building climate control systems and respond to comfort complaints
● Maintain refrigerant logs and comply with EPA regulations
● Work with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and prioritize service requests
● Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
● Respond to emergency calls and ensure all work is safe, efficient, and code-compliant
What You’ll Get:
● Pay: $24 – $32/hour based on experience
● Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
● Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What We’re Looking For:
● EPA Universal or Type II certification required
● 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
● Solid understanding of HVAC mechanics and electrical basics
● Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a variety of environments – indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, and all weather conditions
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or collaboratively
● Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and customer service skills
