Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly to service requests and repairs
● Prepare vacant units swiftly for new residents
● Follow preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs
● Develop technical skills to provide exceptional service
● Supervise outside contractors and support team goals
● Participate actively in the on-call rotation
● Use provided tool kit for your tasks

Qualifications:
● Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance
● HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II) certifications
● Proficiency in basic Electrical and Carpentry tasks
● Advanced skills in Plumbing
● High School Diploma or equivalent
● Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
● Capability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal
● Ability to lift 50+ pounds
● Valid driver’s license
