Responsibilities:
● Deliver timely, clear, and courteous customer service 100% of the time
● Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems
● Respond swiftly to service tickets and communicate service status consistently
● Build trust with residents by being respectful and empathetic during repairs
● Initiate the turnover process for apartment vacancies
● Perform preventive maintenance and regular equipment tune-ups
● Conduct daily community walks and inspect areas for cleanliness and safety
● Collaborate with the leasing team on maintenance-related matters
● Support team goals and contribute to the overall success of the community

Qualifications:
● Passion for people and community
● Proven work history in maintenance services, preferably in the residential apartment industry
● Well-versed in HVAC and mechanical systems
● Universal EPA/CFC or CAMT Certification
● Reliable personal transportation
● Ability to be on call and respond to life safety incidents quickly
● Knowledge of preventive maintenance and life safety systems
● Familiarity with MS Office (Excel and Word) and management software like Yardi

Salary:
The hourly wage ranges from $22.39 to $34.83, depending on experience. Additional compensation may include monthly and annual bonuses plus $2,000 sign-on bonus.
