Responsibilities:
● Learn from experienced plumbers the skills necessary to become a Lead Plumber
● Assist with light repair and installation work
● Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business
● Always maintain a courteous, respectful, and pleasant demeanor with customers
● Ensure accuracy and timeliness with all paperwork
● Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules
● Keep a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck
● Prioritize safety on the job and while driving
● Participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and team retreats
● Represent the Acree way: Positive, Professional, and Passionate

Qualifications:
● MUST have a valid driver’s license
● Willing to undergo background check, drug screen, and driving record screening
● Positive attitude and mechanical aptitude
● Good communication skills
● Ability and willingness to learn
● Capability to lift/move objects between 10 – 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 100 lbs

Experience/Education:
● High school diploma or equivalent
