Responsibilities:
● Respond and fulfill maintenance requests via a tablet in our work order system
● Perform maintenance on all HVAC/mechanical systems on campus
● Repair electrical and plumbing systems
Qualifications:
● 3 years of commercial maintenance experience
● High school diploma or equivalency required
● Diploma in HVAC/R preferred
● Universal EPA certification preferred
● Valid driver’s license required
