Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
● Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC systems.
● Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies efficiently.
● Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
● Collaborate with general contractors, construction professionals, and tradesman.
● Maintain accurate records of time worked, materials used, and description of work performed.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and code requirements.
● Operate skid steer, backhoe, and other equipment as needed.
● Participate in a rotating on-call system for emergency maintenance requests.
● Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
● High school diploma or G.E.D. certification from a recognized agency.
● Current Master Plumber license is required.
● Preferred: Five (5) years of experience as a Master Plumber.
● Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license is necessary.
● Strong knowledge of plumbing/HVAC trade practices and standards.
● Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
● Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 80 lbs.
● Willingness to work extended shifts during emergencies.
