Responsibilities:
● Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on various equipment according to diagrams and manufacturer specifications.
● Operate and maintain diesel engine units and related emergency power systems.
● Repair and maintain air handling units, exhaust fans, patient beds, and sterilization equipment.
● Inspect and repair plumbing systems, ensuring efficiency and safety.
● Construct, repair, and maintain furniture, wall partitions, and related carpentry tasks.
● Measure and cut materials for various installation projects.

Qualifications:
● Journeyman license for Plumbing, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.
● High school diploma or equivalent, with apprenticeship or trade school training.
● At least two years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance (preferred).
● Knowledge of building codes, tools, and techniques of maintenance trades.
● Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
