Responsibilities:
● Support the installation team by unloading, moving, and setting up HVAC/R equipment
● Assist in the installation of walk-in boxes, display cases, and piping, following project specifications
● Use hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean job site
● Escalate any issues related to safety or quality to senior technicians
● Provide overall support to senior technicians during installations
● Perform additional duties as assigned in a professional manner
Qualifications:
● High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school
● 1+ years of experience in construction, HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field preferred
● Knowledge of job site safety practices and ability to use hand and power tools
● Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
● Willingness to learn and adapt in various working conditions
● Good driving record and ability to operate a scissor lift or forklift preferred
