What Will I Do?
● Installing/replacing HVAC equipment including ductwork, heat pumps, and rooftop units
● Maintaining the good working order of the company vehicle
● Keeping proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your vehicle
● Traveling to job sites and coordinating with dispatch to maintain schedules
● Designing duct systems for maximum comfort and efficiency
● Engaging with homeowners to address concerns and generate sales opportunities
● Understanding the company pricing program and processing customer invoices
● Participating in training on customer service and the latest industry technologies
● Mentoring and coaching apprentice and entry-level installers

Do I have What it Takes?
● 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and knowledge of refrigeration functions
● Type II EPA Certification
● Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed expectations
● Basic hand tools including wrenches, lighters, and duct tools
● Experience with testing equipment like refrigerant gauges and manometers
● Working knowledge of city codes
● Ability to work independently and effectively in various conditions
● Experience with Service Titan is a plus
