Responsibilities:
● Assist in the removal, repair, and installation of residential and light-commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ductwork.
● Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
● Use necessary tools including gauges, reclaiming machines, hand tools, and ladders.
● Maintain cleanliness and inventory of company-assigned vehicle.
● Provide quality, efficient work while adhering to local and national codes.
● Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications:
● Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn.
● Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs.
● Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
● Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks daily.
● Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
● Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
