Responsibilities:
● Assist licensed technicians with installing, maintaining, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and boiler systems.
● Help with service and installations, including testing equipment, mounting equipment, performing diagnoses, and adjusting refrigerant and wiring controls.
● Support technicians as needed, familiarizing yourself with equipment and proper procedures.
● Maintain a clean work environment by gathering all tools and materials at the end of the day.

Qualifications:
● Diploma from a technical high school.
● Valid Driver’s License.
● Minimum of an OSHA 10 certification.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various audiences such as project managers.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
● Requires physical work, including lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
● Must be able to stand, sit, squat, walk, and climb during shifts.
● Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
