Responsibilities:
● Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using various hand tools
● Safely utilize hand and power tools after proper training (Drills, Crimpers, Cutters, etc.)
● Lift, position, and fasten objects
● Prepare, handle, and supply materials and tools for electrical trades
● Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment
● Work under immediate supervision with clear instructions and established procedures
● Build effective relationships with a diverse team
● Pull DC and MV wire
● Complete any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Basic ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
● Capability to work with both power and non-powered hand tools
● Willingness to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions
● Comfort in working safely with electrical equipment
● Some knowledge of working with electrical systems
● Previous electrical apprenticeship experience is preferred
● Ability to handle materials that can weigh up to 200 lbs (with assistance as needed)
● Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
● Excellent customer service skills
● Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills
● Effective communication, open to diverse input and feedback
