As an Electrician, your duties will include:
● Executing plans for electrical wiring of high-quality solar systems
● Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
● Connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks, ensuring compatibility of components
● Preparing and assembling conduits and connecting wiring
● Performing troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repairing damaged units
To succeed in this role, you should have:
● Valid Electrician license in the state of MD
● Experience with residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
● Ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter) and read electrical drawings and blueprints
● Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations
● Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Physical fitness to work long shifts, with paid overtime as applicable
● Valid driver’s license
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Physical Demands:
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
● Ability to climb ladders and work on pitched residential roofs
● Ability to work in attics
