Responsibilities:
● Work closely with our team to learn plumbing systems and mechanisms
● Follow detailed prints provided by our designers and draftsmen
● Assist foremen to ensure work is completed on time and according to plan
● Perform various plumbing tasks on commercial job sites
● Communicate effectively with foremen, mechanics, and general contractors
● Continuously represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Ability to follow directions and ask questions when unsure
● Capability to work independently and as part of a team
● Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive within a 1.5-hour radius from Harleysville, PA
● Mechanical abilities and the ability to work with hand tools
● Must prioritize safety in all work environments
● Flexibility to come in early or stay late as required
● Willingness to continue education in the plumbing trade, including apprenticeships and certification preparation
