Responsibilities:
● Maintain a culture of safety in the workplace and follow Steffes safety procedures.
● Build, test, and document installations of both basic and advanced electrical and control systems.
● Conduct work in accordance with relevant codes, customer specifications, and Steffes specifications.
● Increase job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
● Maintain a positive work atmosphere through collaboration with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
● Help the company meet its Strategic, Quality, and Safety objectives.
● Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
● Ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
● Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
● Capable of walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree.
● Must be able to handle various physical tasks like stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
● Visual acuity is required to inspect work completed.
● Must be able to learn new tasks, maintain focus, and communicate effectively.
